Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new return label. Domestic returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.  

International returns must be requested with 45 days of your order date for a refund or store credit. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new return label. Shipping and any reverse duties for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Returns must be shipped back in a poly bag, not a box. The original packaging is ideal for this; additional fees due to shipping in a box will not be covered and are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Returns Guidelines

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays (additional 8 business days from the first refund issued). If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Empower Fashion cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.

Please keep your tracking number easily accessible as you wait for your package to ship back.
